Is this free?
Claiming your territory is free. No payment to get on the list. When you're ready to activate as a founding member, the founding commitment is $497 — paid once at your oath. This covers your rank kit, your Aliʻi profile on the Palapala, and your 1% equity registration in Mākoa Trade Co. No monthly fee. No subscription. No upsell after the gate closes.
What if my territory fills up?
Each territory has limited founding spots. First come, first served. If yours fills, you go on the waitlist for the next cohort — but you won't get founding terms.
Do I have to be in Hawaiʻi?
No. Mākoa is starting in Hawaiʻi but expanding everywhere. Mainland and International territories are open. Build where you live.
What's the Blue Moon deadline?
June 30, 2026 at 11:11 PM HST. The founding window closes permanently. After that, the next cohort opens with different terms. Founding status is once-ever.
